These guided journaling sessions are gentle, supportive spaces created for big feelers who want time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Each session is led with care and intention, offering thoughtful prompts, pauses for writing, and grounding moments throughout. The focus is not on fixing, achieving, or performing self improvement, but on listening inward with honesty and compassion.
You do not need journaling experience, the right words, or a plan. There is no pressure to share, and participation looks different for everyone. You are always welcome to come exactly as you are.
These events are about creating space, for your feelings, your needs, and your nervous system, and leaving with a little more clarity, softness, or steadiness than when you arrived.
