1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products unless the item arrives damaged. All items are final sale.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at michellevanderende@gmail.com . Include:

A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Once approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on availability. We will cover the cost of the replacement or refund if the damage is verified.
4. Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to your local postal service for assistance. Please also send us an email at michellevanderende@gmail.com so we can assist as needed.
